Zetos was incorporated in 2024 as a Paris-based digital studio. The thesis was sharp: combine a product studio (building for clients) with a startup studio (incubating their own ventures), under one roof. The founders had craft. They had a Station F office. They had nothing else.
The studio model has a structural problem: you can’t ship a great first project until you have great first clients. And great first clients don’t come from a portfolio of zero. Every new agency faces this chicken-and-egg — most solve it by under-pricing for 18 months and burning out.

We started in January 2024 — week 2 of Zetos’ existence. From day one, outbound wasn’t a channel among many. It was the commercial engine. Our ICP evolved every quarter as Zetos’ positioning sharpened.
First ICP: seed-stage B2B SaaS founders in Paris needing MVP development. 2,200 contacts enriched. Result: 5 first deals signed at small ticket, €180K revenue by month 6.
Expanded to Webflow rebuilds for scale-ups (agencies, DTC brands). Sequences referenced actual site pain points. 7 deals signed at higher ticket. Revenue hit €650K by month 12.
Pivoted targeting to founders with AI-integration needs. By 2025 the demand had become frantic. 8 deals signed in 6 months, avg ticket climbing past €100K.
By month 20 Zetos had enough portfolio weight that inbound and referrals kicked in. Outbound still fueled 60% of pipeline. 5 final deals signed. €2M revenue hit at month 24.
Outbound started before the brand did. Most agencies wait for a portfolio before they prospect. We did the opposite. First three projects were booked with zero portfolio — just sharp pitches, specific personas, and a credible founder voice.
